Effective December 6, 2021: All travellers entering the U.S. are required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result within 24 hours of arrival to the U.S. Guests will have daily access to a third party healthcare provider on property to perform the PCR or antigen test. Advance reservations are required by contacting the resort directly.

Winemaker Dinner Series

Mexico is the oldest winemaking region in the Americas—the Spanish brought vines here from Europe in the 16th century. Today, 90% of Mexican wine is produced in Baja, and you’re invited to experience some of the region’s best at a special dinner held monthly. Each event will feature an exceptional five-course meal crafted by our own Chef Mauricio Lopez, accompanied by wine pairings from a featured Mexican vineyard.
